I survived the passage!
This book is exactly what I needed to help me overcome my pain and depression triggered by the loss of our baby. To know that others have experience deep pain and survived gave me courage. To read that there was life beyond the loss gave me hope. The format of content and then journaling helped me to personally engage in my own grief process. I now pass this book on to my friends, during times of loss, in hopes that it will be a tool to help them process their pain and grief and help them build a deeper understanding of our journey on earth.
