Best book on manufacturing I have ever read & used
This is the finest, most practical and usable book I have ever read. Chapter 4 can be used to set up an entire factory with excellent results. I set up a new factory using this book and reach proforma faster than I could believe.

Excellent One-Stop Reading of Best Mfg .Concepts/Practices
Robert Hall has scored a perfect 10 in terms of capturing JIT, TQM, Continuous Improvement, ERP all within the confines of one book. His style of writing is really absorbing. I was surprised to find that no one had written a review of this book. This book, if I recollect correctly, is a recommended reading for APICS's CRIM candidates.
