Eye-opening
Reading this book was one of the most eye-opening experiences I have ever had. It helped me see why the world is the way it is, in a way I never thought of before. I was also amazed at how many of the things the author spoke about in the closing chapters (the book was written over 10 years ago) that are actually happening - especially the things he talked about concerning the internet before the internet even existed. It was as though he was looking into the future and writing it down. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for more insight into the reasons their life and the world are the way they are, and to anyone who would like to live in a more compassionate, just world. Reading this book renewed my belief in what the world could be if we would all work together towards a common goal. My only critizism of the book would be its title. I think it should have been called something like: Towards A World That Works for Everyone! - because that's what it's really all about.
