What a great way to get rid of some "old stuff"!
Ms. Gurley leads you step-by-step through a process where you can help yourself uncover past traumas that are keeping you "stuck" and preventing you from moving forward on your path. The technique is simple and the instructions are well explained. The only thing holding you back is your own fears! The best way to get beyond that is to just try something simple. Once you see how easy it is, then move on to the harder issues you want to discard. You'll be glad you did.
