A classic! Should never have been allowed to go out of print
Bernard Haldane's concept of "success factors"--first conceived in the late '50s--was and is a breakthrough concept for understanding oneself and others. This book--alas, now out of print--remains for me probably the best and simplest treatment I've ever seen for how to identify what you really love to do and do well, and link that up with meaningful work/jobs. If you can get your hands on a copy, do so--and USE it to place yourself where you can do some good in the world!
