All you need to know about the booze business
Unlike other books that approach the bar business from the liquor companies perspective, this book provides a clear step by step approach to manageing a bar. A primer is provided on the language of the business, wines are explained in language you can understand and each chapter has thoughtful questions that help a student understand the material.
