Very thorough!
This book is the best source of information on the subject! The author writes, in crisp and clean language, explaining the issues of international privacy law. I highly recommend it!

Everything you need to know about privacy on the Internet
This is a great book for all of us who are stumbling with the sensitive issue of the privacy of personal data. The author could have provided more info. on specific ways in which US companies are responding to the privacy issue but she does provide a number of useful tips that companies can follow. Notably, the book also provides a comprehensive review of the data privacy laws of the United States and of Europe.
