Quick insights for managers
Another e-doc that provided quick information I needed in what I call an "emergency"--that is, when I want to avoid looking dumb. I used it to prepare for an unexpected session devoted to creating a mission statement for our team (the project manager asked us to draft one the following day after our group had number of arguments about what we were trying to do). I was able to make some suggestions and contribute as a result of the basics I learned. Great not to have to try and buy and read a book in 24 hours!

What a disappointment!
I was looking forward to something a lot more substantial for my 4 bucks. I won't be buying any more books from brown herron in the future!

Why pay when you can get this information free?
I was disappointed that I paid $3.95 for this and got so little new information. Most of this information can be easily obtained by typing key words into your browser (i.e. Corporate Mission Statements). The document was 5 pages of large text, with big columns - in other words, it was in reality, a 1-2 page document. There is little information on what differentiates an effective mission statement from an ineffective one. I got a few pointers from this, but was overall disappointed.
