Practical insights about "rebooting" technical staff
Information Technology organizations too often assume that they can solve productivity and effectiveness problems simply by installing new tools and mandating their use. Mr. Merlyn, et. al., offer powerful insights into why you can't reboot systems *people* as easily as you can reboot the systems they work on.
