A real eye-opener
I read this book while in a therapy group for eating disorders. It made me realize what I was doing to myself, and opened my eyes to all the complications an eating disorder can create! This book motivated me to get back on the track of healthy eating and living. I would recommend this book to anyone. Even if you've never had an eating problem, it will help you better understand them.
