Thank you, Dr. Prince!
I have had the pleasure of taking a course with Dr. Prince in my graduate program at SFSU. He is an incredible instructor and I learned so much from him in reference to career counseling and what it entails. This book is a great reference for me and other beginning counselors in how to best assist our clients in interpreting these assessments. I feel this book will enhance the information we impart on those who come in for assistance.

A Must for Career Development Professionals!
I have used many references and assessment texts during my 30+ years of career development work, and this is by far the best! It is thorough, informative, and practical. The use of rapid reference notations and personal insight activities make it particularly easy to use. Of particular note is the authors' depth of theoretical understanding and technical knowledge of assessments, while at the same time presenting useful and practical information for users. The lead chapter on the Strong Interest Inventory sets the framework for other popular career assessment instruments covered in the book, and serves as an excellent complement to the Strong Interest Inventory Applications and Technical Guide for every career professional's library. This is a long-needed reference for the career development profession, and a welcome addition to the publisher's Essentials of Psychological Assessment Series.
