"I am" My Personal Slogan
Being a business executive and caught up in the daily pressure cooker, it was great to step back, re-examine my priorities, better understand more about myself, and put together a strategy for making my life more rewarding and enjoyable. Living by the principles outlined in the book, I've found myself seeing things more clearly and, more importantly, relating better to those around me. I've also been able to easily identify positive traits in others and to deal better with the conflicts that arise through misunderstandings.
In addition, I've noticed communications with my spouse greatly improved and a sense of calm prevailing in our home. As a result of identifying my own frustrations, I'm better able to avoid transferring those to others.
The book is excellent, and I'd recommend it to all in search of a more meaningful and rewarding life.

A Great Journey!
This book provides both inner direction and a mirror for reflection with workable definitions. It is constructive for those who are at the beginning, middle or final stage of their life's journey. In this book she brings clarity to the "soft" parts of oneself that we intuitively understand. The success of this work is that Marianne Shorer is asking the questions in the right sequence. This is a very practical and productive way to clarify your thinking to enjoy more of that which you are. Step by step your outer life as well as your inner life will become inspired with action.Doing the work asked of you in addition to reading would provide the benefit the reader is seeking. There are many of these genres in the market; however, Marianne Shorer's book will give you a leading edge quickly.
