Simple yet Incredibly Effective
I read the first edition of this book when it was still titled "Understanding" in 1992. It made a huge difference in my life at that time. After re-reading the book last week, I realized just how much of an impact this book has had on the quality of my life over the past 10 years. I'm on Amazon today to purchase 10 more copies to give to friends as presents in the hopes that they will find the simple tools and concepts provided in this book as effective and life changing as I have. Thank you Jane, for opening my eyes to the beauty of life and for giving me practical tools for eliminating stress and negative thoughts.

This book changed my outlook on life and relationships
This book is basically a blue print for a happier less stressfull life. It is guaranteed to help you improve your relationships with those you love. I have read it. I do not want to give away my copy. I want to buy six copies to circulate within my family. I wish it would be republished.
