Specific and Positive
THis is a wonderful self- help book. So many self help books try to get you to change without asserting that change is not the essential step in becoming a happier person but that self-acceptance is. This books is gentle and communicates ideas with examples, exercises and techniques. The exercises are not always easy- they require deep analysis and communication with others but are well worth the effort. This will help if you are willing to work and ultimately you may end up loving & respecting your life as well.
