sappy
While I admire the author's courage in dealing with breast cancer (as I do many cancer victims), I found the text to be a "sappy" expository that spent more time attempting to boost her husband's ego, than it did giving women practical advice in dealing with this dreaded disease.

Great Story
My sister-in-law got this book for me right after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. It really helped me have insight into what would happen, how to take care of myself, what to expect. Her story helped me prepare for my own journey.
This is a wonderful survivor story.
