Very poor
I can't recommend this book. It's mainly filler, with few details and little narrative text. There are many pages of anonymous testimonials, a ton of pharmaceutical and supplement descriptions that are totally unsuitable for the layman (and read like the result of a quick search on Medline) and much other anecdotal material. You could hardly call this a 'program'.

He could of at least included some references to the source of some of his findings but he doesn't even do this! His study of 1000 people is touted but never explained. It turns out to have been conducted without using a scientific method (e.g. double blind, control groups etc) and he admits this himself. Finally, what does this guy have a PhD in?

Don't waste your time getting this book.

The Ultimate Aging Program by Gary Null PhD
Dr. Null's writing is excellent in this book which teaches
some of the better protocols in the alternative medicinal
area. He begins the book by teaching patients to develop
and enforce a food journal to diarize their eating habits.
Next, he asks that you make a general assessment of the body
by looking in the mirror and critiquing noticeable aspects.
Graduates of the Null program have reported higher energy
levels and better health. The author espouses a number of
aging theories in the arsenal of alternative medicine:
- eliminate free radicals
- reduce the rate of blood flow
- regulate the thymus gland to improve T-cell counts
- manage the elasticity of lung tissue

Dr. Null cites some important protocols for classic disease
processes. i.e.
- anti-Parkinson's disease food groups are asparagus, spinach
and soy
- alpha lipoic acid boosts the power of anti-oxidants and
benefits diabetics
- anti-arrythmic foods are lettuce, asparagus, cucumber, radish,
endives and oats
- anti-arthritic foods are cantaloupe, avocado, cucumber and
evening primrose
- anti-aging foods are carrots, barley, papaya, cabbage, sweet
potato and spinach

He reminds us that we can extend life through diet, exercise
and phytochemicals. The work is an outstanding addition to
any health library in conventional or alternative medicine.
