Informative, practical, and demystifying.
Where should I apply? How long should be personal statement be? Should I submit a resume? If so, what should I put on it? Who do I get to write letters of recommendation? What if I don't get in? What about rankings? Should I just go to the highest ranked school that will take me? How important is the LSAT?
With the answer to each of the above questions, there comes more questions.

Law school admission can be excrutiating. The fact that the admissions process is so uncertain is painful for law school applicants, who, by their very nature, like to be sure and plan ahead. While no book will make your applications and futures certain, this book goes a long way toward demystifying the whole process. It presents practical advice and even quotations from many law school deans of admission. From taking the LSAT, to formulating your personal statement, and from emphasizing your strengths to downplaying your weaknesses (because, hey, no one's perfect), this book has it all.. and it is certainly not just for those who are applying to the top law schools, the advice is will prove helpful to all applicants.

With the right advice, the admissions process can be extremely rewarding. This book helps you enjoy the whole process as you should; it is one of the most exciting few months of your life.
