Thomas Lucier's excellent book, How To Make Money Buying Pre-foreclosure Properties Before They Hit The County Courthouse Steps, is comprehensive, concise and right to the point. Lucier covers all of the fundamentals that you need to know about in order to buy properties directly from owners in foreclosure. The sample agreements, worksheets and checklists are excellent and the best I've ever seen in a real estate book. The six letters to property owners in foreclosure alone are well worth the price of this outstanding book! I highly recommend Tom Lucier's one of a kind resource to anyone who is considering buying pre-foreclosure properties.
