A savvy, informative work that is useful for everyone
I found this book to be extremely helpful. Mr. Perro will captivate your interest as he explains the process of downsizing and how you can come out of this difficult situation as a winner. You will not be able to put this book down. Mr. Perro's book can be generalized to all types of job situations. Anyone who works can be a victim of downsizing. I recommend this book highly. This book is excellent for someone dodging the layoff ax
I loved the book. It was written in such a way that everybody could understand it and feel for the author. I really thought as i was reading that this book was about me. It shows you that there is life and work after you've been layed off. It also shows the signs to look for to avoid the downsizing or give you enough time to start looking for another job. Basically it deals with a lot of common sense. Something that we all have but just forgot how to use. The book was very upbeat dealing with such a depressing topic. I thought it was so good that i purchased a 2nd copy to give to a friend who has also been victem to downsizing. In my opinion every company/corp should include this book to each and every one of their emlployees.Either as a way to show a positive attitude which would be a positve step towards better productivity or even as part of a employees severence pacage.
