Lacked information
I wish I could say smothing better, but this book was not much help to me. It did not offer any practicle ideas that I can implement into my career.

Not much help to me
This book did not offer any clear outline for success. Just general statement I have already heard over and over again. All in all it was too long and to general.

Great Book, Terrible Cover!
I have been selling cars for over two years now and have read several other books on selling cars, including books by Jack Bennet, Patrick Davis and Joe Girardi. I have also listened to many training videos and read many newsletters from various men like David Martin, Jim Ziegler and Joe Verde. So I have been exposed to a lot of advice. I am doing quite well selling cars but I know I could be doing better, which is why I keep reading advice and reevaluating what I do. With this said, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of advice and the good insights given by Mark in his book (especially since the cover is awful!). This book is definitely worth reading if you have been selling awhile and are striving to improve. He does a good job of selling the reader on how and why certain things are necessary and effective. Is is a substantial book filled with details and examples, not some brief overview. And it is written by one of us, a man in the trenches, so to speak.
