a whole new slant
this is an important book. it builds on network theory and the diffusion of innovations to suggest that the changes that have ocurred in chile are subtler and more profound than the regular macroeconomic argument we asways hear: stabilize, privatise, democratize and liberalize.

i hope this book inspires new treatment of other stories that we think we understand.
