Great for those familiar with TQM, now leading the charge.
I have great personal experience with several different TQM systems having worked in large corporations. Now running a mid-size company, staffed with many great people lacking such experience, I needed help in taking my knowledge, getting a framework and implementing TQM on a shoe string budget in our company. This book is very practical, allows for plenty of flexibility given your business environment and can be used as a road map to getting your own business running even better. However, I do think its condensed nature lends itself best to someone who has lived in a successful TQM environment already. This book is for someone who has enjoyed the benefits of previous training and had some successes with TQM under their belt.
