Enlightening and Empowering
I stumbled upon this tape quite by accident. A coworker of mine found it and casually asked if anyone wanted it. Because I like non-fiction/personal growth type books, I accepted her offer. When I finally got around to listening to the tape, I discovered a treasure trove of kindnesses to the self. Through these gentle affirmations, Susan Jeffers implants the reality that we really can handle life's situations. Through our own self guideance we really ARE capable of enjoying life with grace, power and love. I lost the tape when I moved, and have missed it ever since. That's why I just ordered another copy from Amazon, for me as well as for my son, Sirrus.

Life Changing!
After buying this tape I can honestly say it has had a life changing affect on me. Being a natural born "negative thinker" I knew I had to change and this tape is just the thing I needed. I listened to it everyday for 6 weeks and still use it frequently. It basically replaces all those negative thoughts with happy, positive ones...and the difference in my life is amazing.
