Critique of Intellectual Property Law
This is an excellent critique of the copyright grab that is occuring in our world economy. The author's thesis is that copyright stakeholders are in the midst of a legal feeding frenzy over intellectual property. The author is a political science who explores by way of narrative the story of copyright. She builds upon Paul Goldstein's excellent study of copyright law in exploring the darker side of our information age economy. I am publishing a fuller book review in the Bi-Monthly Review of Law Books. Michael Rustad Director of High Technology Law and Professor of Law, Suffolk University Law School
