THE Handbook for Your First Job!!!
I've read a ton of career books by burned out boomers or professors, but this is the first book that told me EXACTLY what I need to do to get and KEEP the job I want. Richardson covers things that nobody talks about in your company training or that older employees take for granted. A HUGE HELP. The guy is funny and has great info.

This is a good career move reference
I used this book to help a friend get back into the job market. We updated her resume and cover letter over a holiday weekend and she got the job in TWO weeks. Richardson knows how to summarize details and specifics for those of us who want to read the book and go on with our real lives.

The Real Deal on the Real World !!!
Awesome!!! Too many career books for people starting out are out of touch or patronizing, but JobSmarts tells it exactly like it is. I used it to help me get a job during my senior year, and now that I'm working I still rely on it to get me through things at work. Get it.
