The landlord's bible
I was very satisfied with this book. It was so comprehensive and easy to read -- even for a non-business-oriented, non-real estate-trained person like me. There are examples, thorough explanations, form examples, and perforated, blank forms.I think this book is must-have for every landlord or recommended for those thinking of becoming a property mgr. or landlord.
