Good guidelines but not for the advanced.
This is excellent for any small business owner or investor. Most people do not realize the tax benefits the government gives us to start and run a successful business. This books helps you to see what is available. But, it is only a good start. Read it so you will have some idea of what to expect. Just leave all of the tax planning to the professionals.

A very, very basic book that gives advide similar to the following:make a plan, have a support group, execute...
Does an ok job on the tax issues, but there are better books.
