error prone with a dragging writing style
I have just started down the road toward my MCSE certification and recieved this book as part of a class I am taking. I find the writing style to be rambling and often distracting. There are numerous errors that took other references to sort out. To complement the bad writing and technical editing is the often just as bad self test questions at the end of the chapters. MS has no T/F questions on the MCSE tests so why here? Many of the questions are also lacking in relevance and understandability. A definite waste of resources, even when purchased as park of a class.

Decent study guide.
I'll have to say, you 'could' pass this exam using only this study guide... however, it would be difficult.

Some chapters are lacking in depth.

Don't regret buying it, but would also supplement this study guide with an ExamCram book.

A must have for the self starter
Excellent for those that don't want to pay for the expensive training classes and books. This book has hundred of example questions within the text as well as many "watch-out" type of alerts. I would highly recommend this book to anyone on the MCP or MCSE path.
