Good overview of the Manufacturing environment
From the historical roots of management to the management styles of today, this book focuses on the managerial side of the manufacturing environment. It gives a good overview of different management styles and case studies that support each of the styles offered. It is not an in-depth book on management, it just provides management foundations.
