Mama Drama - an easy read
I found this a very quick and easy read but not terribly helpful. While many of the suggestions were valid, many of the case studies described mother and child/daughter not adult/daughter relationships. The book assumes that if the daughter remains calm and reasonable, the mother will automatically follow. Perhaps it is not possible to narrow mother/daughter relationships down to a typical few.

A great resource for daughters AND their mothers
This book provided a lot of helpful information for mending estranged mother-daughter relationships. It also offers suggestions for improving existing relationships. Mother-daughter relationships are very complicated and the guidelines outlined in Ms. McGregor's book assist with shaping the relationship into something that is appreciated by both the mother and the daughter.

Every Mother and Daughter should read this book!!
What an incredible source of inspiration!! I had the great pleasure to attend one of Ms. McGregor's seminars and found her not only to be a warm and caring person but a tremendous source of strength and knowledge that has helped me mend my relationship with my mother. Mama Drama is a must have in any household!! For you men out there, if you care about the women in your lives, make the emotional investment and get a copy for your mothers, sisters, daughters and wives! An absolute winner!!
