John Frykman has compiled a book of excellence. A book of excellence that is dependent on everyday experiences at moments when things became different. They are legion. Getting Unstuck is emminently easier than cure a disease or ameliorating a disorder. John has helped return the Human Being to work of change. YOU are not ILL,YOU are not DISORDERED, YOU are stuck. Getting Unstuck is inspirational in it's simplicity, from a range of contributors who give testimony that therapeutic endeavor and life change are achievable without pathology. Thank you for your efforts these many decades, John. This fine book should be a must read for graduate students steeped in pathology, theories, formalities, structures and idiocies of the professional world.
