Good content but not enough to pass IIS4.0
I read both the IIS40 Study Guide by Sybex and the MCSE Training Guide by New Riders. The Sybex book had more detail and examples and was the better of the two books. Unfortunately, neither book will get you through the IIS4 exam due to the complexity of the exam. It requires many hours of hands on experience with the MMC. I would also hold off on taking the exam until good practice tests are developed. I failed with a 690 after extensive study. You will need at least one of these books as a reference but not as your sole source of information for this test. Good luck.

This is a poor book, not worth to buy.
I used to hear that "books from Sybex are quite good usually." But after i read this book, i am disappointed on Sybex. IF you just want to know IIS without going for MCSE, the book may be for you, but not for those people want to take the exam. It doesn't touch deeply on the exam subject and it's also confusing. After this book, i really need to consider when next time i buy book from sybex.

Good in what it provided,but by no means everything you need
Good book for giving an overall coverage of IIS4, but I also used Fast Track, Electives in a nutshell and troytec.com study guides. Covered terms used in IIS4 quite well.
