Essential Wisdom for Personal and Business Success
Ivan Misner and his Business Network International organization first alerted me to the power of networking, and I have benefited greatly by using the principles outlined in his previous book "The World's Best Known Marketing Secret." Now "Masters of Networking," to which I'm proud to have been a contributor, gives you both the motivation and the how-to for becoming a master networker yourself. Read this book and use the principles that have made so many of its contributors so successful and you'll find yourself achieving your most important goals. If you have children about to head off for college or the working world, it would be hard to imagine a more helpful and practical gift!

I was about to give up on this book until I got to Chapter 9. There were some very helpful tips that pointed out what I was doing wrong and where I needed to improve. But as with anything, networking takes practice. I would check this out from the library before buying.
