Bringing spirituality & compassion to workplace helps
Ms. Hull's promise in her book to bring spirituality and compassion to the workplace caught my attention. As a manager, I want to be fair and honest in my dealings with those who work for me. Ms. Hull fulfilled that promise to show me a new and different approach to managing my employees. She gave me the tools I needed to succeed in my management style.

I attended one of Ursula Hull's workshops to learn about her management method. She promised her book would deliver, and it did. It was easy to read and simple to follow. The ideas in it helped me in as a manager but the same concepts would be helpful to anyone in the workplace.
