A powerful tool for discovering all your inner resources.
For anyone who has felt their behavior tended to shift from situation to situation, this is a great tool for discovering who you really are. It keys into the current psychological debate on parts of self and shows you how to harness and create harmony among your parts.

Suddenly "disharmony" takes on a new meaning because you can figure out which part needs attention. I no longer send child parts to do adult work. Best of all is when I can speak for all the parts because it conveys a centerness and power I never knew before. Outstanding book for anyone with the courage to work through the exercises and discover themself (selves).
