Touching and Personal Account of Life in the Later Years
Sometimes it is difficult to understand all of the changes facing those who move into their later, retirement years. I know I didn't anticipate the types of things my parents have been facing. I bought this book for my mother, so that we could all try to understand it together. Millie, the author, has had to face an amazing number of changes as she and her husband move into their 'later years'. This book is a touching and personal account of that transition. And of how God has continued to make life richer and more meaningful for her. This isn't a how-to book or a pop psychology self-help book. This is real life and the blessings that come from having real relationships with people and with Jesus Christ.
