A must have
This book or audiobook is a must have. I used these techniques to successfully negotiate a salary increase of 30% one year and a $10,000 bonus the following year. This book breaks it down step by step and gives you lines to say. It was amazing! Everything the book said the employer would bring up did come up and I was ready with a counter-aurguement. Marvelous!
Don't go into another salary negotiation or performance review without reading this book or listening to the audio-tape. The ROI on this investment has been more than 1000% for me!

A "Must Read" for any employee looking for more..........
Although the techniques are simple, if you have never "negotiated" for a salary or a promotion, this book points out some important and effective negotiating strategies. For those who feel successful in negotiating, the book is still a good review and may still provide some great tips. I haven't participated in any negotiations since reading the book, but I feel well armed and plan to re-read it as a refresher before future negotiations.

Get what you deserve!
This is a fantastic book about salary negotiation and more. Not only does Chapman discuss salary negotiation (both at time of hire and subsequently), but he discusses why and how people should be paid what they are worth. He shows how both company and employee win when an employee is paid fairly, and how both lose when an employee is paid unfairly. Please be aware that this book does not advocate getting "more" unless you are not being paid or offered what you are worth. Similar Products
