AFTER READING THE BOOK, I COULDN'T WAIT TO IMPLEMENT DAVE'S TECHNIQUES AND IDEAS WITH THE AGENTS. EASY TO DO CONTESTS THAT BENEFIT NOT ONLY THE AGENTS' MORALE BUT THE COMPANY AS WELL. YOU'LL BE ASKING YOURSELF WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THAT.

Dave Worman has a unique understanding of how to motivate employees so that they give outstanding effort. This book provides great ideas on how to inexpensively motivate employees; and the ideas can be utilized by all levels of management.
