I have quoted from this book since it came out.
I purchased the book when it first hit the street. I found it to be clear and consise. The author demonstrates a keen understanding of modern organizational behavior. It is a simple read and does not conflict with other noted authors. The book is an excellent tool for frustrated workers, supervisors, and managers. It is well organized and can easily be used to identify behaviors that negatively impact employees and threaten a peaceful work environment. Every Manager should have a copy on their desk. I've bought five copies, they keep disappearing!
