Do not buy this book!!
It is extremely deceptive to even call this an Office XP reference. It contains no reference whatsoever to any of the new features of Office XP (Smart Tags, Task Panes, etc., etc.) It is, at best, a very basic introduction to the most common features of previous versions of the Office suite. I returned my copy.

Beware - Don't buy this book!
This is primarily a rehash of basic Office 2000 info. Some new features of Office are explained but others are not, such as Speech-to-Text. It also has a section on Office Small Business Tools, which are NOT part of Office XP. I just got a new PC with Office XP loaded. It looks like this book [available in May] went to print before the final features were determined. Some other books even reference Office 10, not Office XP. I'm sending back my copy of this one!

1st XP Book on Market!
Well, this is the first XP Book on market. I can't do comparing with other books, but this book tought us some new stuff. This book mainly covers from new features. Now, Office XP isn't release yet, so obviously I can't test out the book's steps. This book is very good, as it has over 400 pages. One of the best topic is about Smart tags. This book covers from office suites how-to, new feature, speech recognition capabilities. Just too good for new/old comers!
