Organizational Behavior: Experiences and Cases
I first experienced this book in a touchie feelie Org Behavior class in grad school. The class was fun and a welcome change from the grim lecture style that was (is?) so common in college. The curious thing is that years later it is probably the most memorable class and this book was the center of it. The experiental excersizes brought dry often vague management theory to life. I still refer to the book to think through management problems and review background for insights on why people, groups and organizations act the way they do. If only more books and courses could be this good, people might learn, understand and use the ideas. This is a great book. Similar Products
