Highly recommend this guide for online recruiting
This book is well written and packs a lot of very useful information for company recruiters. For this reason I purchased a number of these books for all my recruiters. This book has great endorsements by Monster.com, The Riley Guide, and CareerXRoads. I can see why they say "written for the experienced recruiter, the rookie, and everyone in between."

Online Recruiting is an excellent resource for a HR professional, headhunter, or anyone attempting to land a new position.I utilized this great book for my own job hunting and now I use it to find new hires on the internet.
