A very valuable tool for anyone in certification
Judith Hale did a great job mapping out how to build a Certification program. In a step by step process, she guides you the process and points out how to avoid the pitfalls. This book is logical, easy to follow and can be applied to many fields.
If you are thinking of certification, I highly recommend this book.
