A delightful, gorgeous boudoir book
The calming, comforting, relaxing words put together with caring thought in this wondrous, artistic book ultimately produce an invigoration for the soft, personally-enjoyable things of life. You've never before seen a beautiful little book quite like this one--with its fascinating writing, elegant pictures, tips on teas, secrets from the world of yoga, pointers on massage and shiatsu and aromatheapy, snippets of inspiring poems--and, most of all, delicious ways you can pamper yourself with naps and with preludes to naps. Do yourself a favor, and get Permission to Nap, just for yourself. Then you'll want to get another one for your mother, or for your grandmother, or for your daughter.

What every woman wants...
Just received this book as a birthday present and then ordered five more for my sisters, mother, and daughter. What a wonderful invitation to rest--and this beautiful book is filled with so many suggestions and great ideas that I started to make my own nap sanctuary this afternoon. Highly recommended for those who already nap regularly and for those who haven't a clue--luxurious and frequent naps await us all.

Perfect for my mom and other moms everywhere!
My mother does too much and never takes a break. My roommate suggested Permission to Nap and I think it is perfect for my mom for the holidays. In fact, I bought one for myself, my sisters, and my aunts, too. We all seem to be work-alcohics in one way or another and frequent luxurious naps--or simply fifteen minutes of downtime every day sounds just perfect for Christmas.
