Not much meat...
The book is not very deep. About a half of the book talks about PCs. If you take out all the graphs from the other half, you'll be left with about 25 pages of writing. The advice is good, there's just not a whole lot of it, perhaps we're expected to buy the sequel. This book sounds like it has a British accent.
