ok for what there is
There isn't much on either side of the tape. And he speaks too quickly for you to mentally repeat what he says.
And at the end there is a wake up command that I disliked until I learned to stop the tape just before it & use it in the morning.
I personally didn't like his directions to go to the beach to feel the sun, or take a shower to feel energy.
But I'm listening to it until I can find a better one.
