Best Book On Subject
I agree completely with the previus review. This is simply the best book on the subject for the general reader. However, it should be updated. It is now 5 years old.

A Must Read for Those Considering the Independent Lifestyle
After reading many books on the subject of different forms of business and taxation/liability issues, I found that Bruce D. Bernard's book was the only source that was comprehensive enough for me. This book does a fine job of exploring the details of alternate forms of business as well as summarizing the various forms of business. This book enabled me to do a complete analysis of my decision using my numbers and the facts that were presented in his book. I hope he updates his book soon.
