A solid, overpriced beginning.
I live in an eight unit condo building, and was looking for a book to help bring order to our Board. This book is a good place to begin. Easy to read, easy to understand and well organized for reference. The author also lists other resources for further exploration. The appendices were rather disappointing though - can we have a sample agenda? Meeting notice? Bid summaries? Treasurer's report? Also, I just can't understand why it is [so costly]. For [that price], they should include a CD with templates of condo materials. I would have given this book four stars if it had been [half the price]. Five if it had better sample communications. However, I must say, that after searching for a simple book of guidelines, this was the best springboard. Similar Products
