Darin has formulated a step-by-step approach that first demands the reader to thoroughly scrub his or her business case, practice and prepare the documentation for each step, and then develop and deliver a written and oral presentation to the client. Because Darin has experienced the reality of various e-learning related rejection, his tips for overcoming fears and rejection ring especially true.
