BEWARE!! I noticed (after making the purchase) that David Twicken "reviewed" himself here TWICE!!
BOTH times David Twicken GAVE HIMSELF 5 STARS. This shows me a severe lack of integrity on the author's (David Twicen's) part.

I will review again AFTER I have received the book. I am very hopeful and am giving 3 stars here in advance. If the book delivers all that Twicken says in HIS REVIEW I will up it to 5 anyway.

Authentic Taoist Alchemy Revealed
Spiritual Qi Gong is a book that took me step-by-step from the begining to advance taoist qi gong. This simple book explains the actual methods of meditation, including the very secret, advance Kan and Li practices, other books talk about them, but do not explain how do to do them.

What I like about this book is its direct approach to explaining the practices, there is not plenty of theory that confused me, I can read about various theories from many other books to suplemental these methods.

I now have these taoist qi gong practices, I have searched for many years to get them, thank you so much David Twicken!
